Grow your HVAC business
Simonmarked Heating & Air is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. If you run your own heating and cooling business, you may be a good fit for our network.
This is not a job. You stay independent. You run your own crews, set your own prices, and choose how you work.
Who we are looking for
We want providers who serve homeowners near Schaumburg and the Schaumburg area. You might offer:
- AC repair
- Furnace repair
- AC installation and replacement
- General HVAC service
Experience with older homes is a plus. Many callers live in frame houses, bungalows, and ranch homes with years of past repairs.
What we expect
Homeowners reaching out are often stressed. We ask providers to meet them with patience.
- Hold the licenses and insurance Illinois requires
- Answer calls and requests with care
- Explain problems in plain words
- Give a written quote before work begins
- Be honest about repair versus replacement
- Respect the home and the family schedule
We do not accept providers who pressure homeowners or hide costs.
How to apply
Send a short email to contact@simonmarked.living. Please include:
- Your business name
- The services you offer
- The towns you cover
- Your license and insurance details
