Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms of Use cover how you use simonmarked.living and the services offered through it by Simonmarked Heating & Air. When you browse the site, call the phone number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Simonmarked Heating & Air Does

Simonmarked Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do any heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you meet through this site are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We do not guarantee when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written estimate.
